Ecto-1A Blueprints
Although not the "official" blueprints (that being the ones used in the making of the film), these blueprints from Ertl are pretty accurate and are probably based on the real thing. Thanks to Norm Gagnon for providing these blueprints.

Concept studies for Vigo's transformation sequence. EDITOR'S NOTES: Based upon these sculptures, I would venture to guess that Vigo was originally supposed to transform into Ray at the end of the film, inside of just "becoming" him as he quickly turned around.

For shots of the full-length Lady Liberty walking through the streets of Manhattan, a detailed suit was prepared to use for both blue-screen and practical photography of Liberty walking through a miniture Manhattan set. Here, performer Jim Fye is transformed with the aid of Buzz Neidig. |
