Synopsis
In a desire to improve her appearance, Janine falls prey to a Makeoveris Lotsabucks and it may be too late for the guys to save her.
Fun Facts
- After the focus on Slimer failed to return the show to it's original ratings, ABC finally went to former story editor J. Michael Straczynski and offered him his job back. He was forced to decline due to other commitments, but agreed to write a few episodes on the condition that he got to write the show the way it was during his tenure.
- This episode explains all the changes Janine went through over the seasons. Although we see how Janine achieved all the physical changes, and explains how she lost her original Brooklyn accent, only the changes she asked for in this episode were reversed, and all the other changes she had made beforehand became permanent.
- According to many Egon/Janine fans, this episode was a major pay-off. Egon and Janine stand before each other and Egon blurts out the truth that, if you paid attention, burned within him for a long time. Granted that the attraction was obviously one-sided at first, but several past episodes prove that Egon had feelings for Janine for quite some time.
* Ragnarok And Roll: The Ghostbusters were about to blow themselves to smithereens to stop Jeremy Whittington. Ray, Peter and Winston are exchanging witty banter, while Egon lightly whispers a single word: "Janine".
* Robo-Buster: If that isn't naked, flaming, glorious jealously and anger at Paul Smart ("Then what do you call that, your jalopy?!") then what is it?!
* Partners In Slime: It certainly wasn't Louis he was interested in saving.
* The Halloween Door: When the team deduces Boogaloo is after their containment unit, Egon's first thought isn't for the carnage to be unleased on the world, it's that a certain redhead is at ground zero. - At the beginning of the episode, J. Michael Straczynski's name is misspelled as "Michael J. Straczynski".
- The Ghostbusters phone number is (212) 555-BUST.

Quotes
Janine: Oooooh, man! Can't live with them, can't sell 'em for parts.
Egon: You want to destroy me, Janine? I won't try to stop you. But remember this. I love you. Peter, Winston, Ray, all of us, we love you.
Janine: I love you too, Egon.
Egon: So, would you, maybe, like to, go see a movie sometime? I mean, with me?
Janine: I think that would be very nice, Egon. Thank you.
Egon: How do you feel about science films? Life of a Bug? Molecules and You? This could be fun.
