Just a friendly reminder that TONIGHT AT MIDNIGHT and ALL-DAY TOMORROW is the Ghostbusters: The Other Side release party at Graham Cracker Comics in Wheaton, Illinois.

The event will begin with a midnight opening for the impatient masses (the store will be open until 1 AM), with the REAL party to run from 11 AM - 8 PM. Activities include a signing by artist Tom Nguyen, screenings of The Real Ghostbusters DVD Collection promo DVD, giveaways, a day-long Ghostbusters movie and Real Ghostbusters marathon, a classic Ghostbusters video game tournament, a coloring contest (with prizes) for kids of all ages, and a replica of the Ghostbusters Headquarters being built in store.

For all of you in the Chicagoland area looking to sample The Real Ghostbusters DVD special features, pick up the first edition of Ghostbusters: The Other Side, and meet the artist behind the comic, this is the event to attend. Thanks for the link.

That's a cool video, and quite a find since I didn't think that there were any more commercials that used footage from the original promo. It's a shame that the audio is so off-sync, but it's still VERY COOL!

That now makes 4 commercials/promos that used footage from the full 4-minute promo. I wonder if there are any more. Not that it'll matter much in about four short weeks :-)
