Wow, that's insane! Haha I haven't been following Monk too much lately (I guess I should be). But that's amazing that Sony would be selling off footage from their movies as stock footage for other shows. It seems so obvious too after reading the whole article. Couldn't they be bothered to change anything besides the sign? lol Even that old awning looks very 80s.

Dan - You should follow Monk this season as it will be his last. I think there's only eight episodes left to the series at this point.
